yay. im back home, with nth to do. for the first time.
cause i finished rj and everything in sch. FIRST TIME.
cause lesson ended early. FIRST TIME!
oh... and apparently, heard that RP is ranked 2nd among all polys.
and yah, i see some SP students flaming RP just because we "took" their place.
oh, so thats how the students of a "good sch" behave? flaming others when ur place is taken over by some "lousy sch"?
and in my opinion, RP isnt a "lousy sch". we study the same things as other polys. just because RP's a new sch, so most of the courses have cutoff point of 20+, everyone's saying RP isnt a good sch cause its so easy to get in, blahblahblah. in fact, im glad that the cutoff point's so high that i can get into the course i wan. and well, i dunno whether its true. but i think the cutoff point for biomedical or science courses in general is dropping. so its gonna be harder to get into science courses in RP. sooner or later, the cutoff point for all courses will drop. its only a matter of time.
and no, RP isnt a sch whr all the ppl with "bad results for O levels" go to. surprisingly, u'll be able to find some ppl scoring single digits for the O's. honestly, i wouldnt believe it if i didnt met this ppl with my own eyes.
and i find that its kinda stupid for ppl to choose schools according to the popularity. and its even more stupid for ppl to choose schools to see good looking guys/girls. seriously... like that, might as well not go sch ah.
i still think ppl should choose according to the courses that they like. so u dun see me going "oh, rp is the best choice. please join rp, blahblahblah" probably thats the reason why i didnt join open house?
but oh! open house is good! GOT LOTS OF FREE FOOD!
initially wanted to get popcorn during lunch. but the popcorn stand wasnt open. pfft. i think they did it on purpose sia.
oh yah. so i mentioned that lessons ended earlier today. so decided to go for the IP briefing. once again, my first time going for such briefings. and yah, our fyp team still need 2 more members... and yes, its kinda hard cause majority choose IIP.
well, im not so worried abt not getting enough members. on the other hand, wq is the one who's so worried that he couldnt stop thinking of who to ask right after the briefing ended. at most they throw some random ppl in. and if that guy doesnt do any work, WE DIE. but yah, i think we'll be able to find someone by then.
for me, got more important stuff to focus on. for example, uts... and my pp re-assessment... haiz.
